Carlisle Family YMCA Sharks Swim Team Head Coach
The Carlisle Family YMCA is looking for a head coach for the CYAA Sharks Swim Team for the 2017-18 winter season. Stroke Clinics will be held September-October. Practices are 5-7:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 4-5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Oct. 9, 2017 to March 2018.
At least 18 years of age
The ability to effectively collaborate with other coaches, board, parents and swimmers in a professional manner
Minimum of high school competitive swimming experience
Previous coaching experience
Current certification or willing to become certified (CPR/AED/First Aid/Safety Training for Swim Coaches or Lifeguard)
ASCA coaching certification a plus
Lead swimmers through age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, stroke development, drills, etc.
Attend swim team events such as meets, meetings, social events, etc.
Compensation will be based on experience.

Central York Aquatics, a growing 120+ member club, located in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking part-time assistant coaches. CYA is a relatively new team (established in 2009) that participates in USA Swimming sanctioned meets, including Silver Champs, Junior Olympics, Senior Champs, and Zones, as well as a summer local dual meet league.
